Union Drumming May Not Be Protected: NY Court

Law360 (November 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A New York state appeals court has reversed a lower court's ruling that a suit by the management of the Empire State Building, which sought to prevent a union from drumming outside the building as part of a drive to unionize the building's security staff, was preempted by federal law.
