Delphi Pushes For Extra Time On Loan Hearings

Law360 (November 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- As the economic crisis continues to unfold, bankrupt auto supplier Delphi Corp. has asked for more time to work out an agreement with lenders on some of the terms of its loans before presenting the plan to the court for approval.

On Monday, Delphi sought to postpone a planned hearing at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York as it continued trying to lasso lenders' support for a forbearance agreement.
