Security Guards' Pay Suit Against DHS Survives

Law360 (November 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge on Monday denied a U.S. government motion to dismiss a complaint brought by a security officers' union alleging wages at a company called USProtect Corp., paid under a contract with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, are less than rates for similar workers.
