Dura Sues Rival Auto Parts Maker Over Rear Windows

Law360 (December 1, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Dura Operating Corp. has accused fellow automotive supplier Magna International Inc. of willfully infringing four patents related to vehicle windows.

The complaint, filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, named two Magna subsidiaries in addition to the parent company and its exterior systems branch, Decoma International Corp., all based in either Michigan or Ontario.
