DOJ's Google-Yahoo Counsel To Rejoin Firm

Law360 (December 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The collapse of the proposed online advertising partnership between Google Inc. and Yahoo Inc. has led Sanford Litvack, who was hired by the U.S. Department of Justice as lead counsel for a potential antitrust suit over the deal, to return to his job as a partner at Hogan & Hartson LLP.

Litvack left Hogan & Hartson to work full-time for the Justice Department, and he will return to his practice focusing on antitrust litigation, cartel investigations, internal investigations and commercial litigation, the firm said Tuesday....
