NY AG Honcho Moves To Labaton Sucharow

Law360, New York (December 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A longtime prosecutor of competition violations for the state of New York has moved to plaintiffs firm Labaton Sucharow LLP to become co-chair of its antitrust practice group.

Jay L. Himes, the former antitrust bureau chief for the New York attorney general's office, joined the firm Tuesday after more than seven years with the state.
