Bankrupt CEO Must Pay $4M In Camera Patent Suit

Law360, New York (December 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Despite being in liquidation bankruptcy, the CEO of now-defunct Jazz Photo Corp. cannot discharge about $4 million in patent infringement damages owed to Fuji Photo Film Co. over disposable camera patents, a district court judge has ruled.
