Mass. High Court Remands Rastafarian's Bias Suit

Law360, New York (December 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Finding that Jiffy Lube did not necessarily present adequate grooming policy accommodations to a lube technician who was a practicing Rastafarian, the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts has vacated a grant of summary judgment in favor of the company and remanded the case to the lower court.
