Samsung Loses Bid For Rambus To Pay Attorney Fees

Law360 (July 28, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Delivering a blow to Samsung, a Virginia judge has rejected the Korean electronics maker’s request that Rambus Inc. pick up the tab for its attorneys' fees, despite the chip maker's “unclean hands” in the long-simmering semiconductor patent case.
