Balancing A Right To Leave Against A Right To Know

Law360, New York (December 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- In recent years, employers have struggled with widespread abuses under the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), as well as how best to handle employees seeking leave to take care of debilitated family members returning from military duty in Iraq and Afghanistan.
