Coke Slammed With Race Bias Suit

Law360, New York (December 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Jamaican man has sued Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. for the racial discrimination and retaliation that he claims he encountered while working at a manufacturing plant in South Florida.

Mordecai Walker, of black Caribbean ancestry, filed the lawsuit on Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, alleging that a plant manager made discriminating comments about the number of Caribbean workers at the plant and treated him unfavorably because of his race.
