Unapproved Monsanto Cotton No Threat: Regulators

Law360 (December 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A small portion of unauthorized genetically engineered cotton that Monsanto Co. inadvertently harvested alongside its commercially available genetically engineered cotton does not pose any safety concerns for food or feed, the federal government has determined.
