Saigon Grill Owners Arrested For Pay Fraud

Law360, New York (December 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The owners of New York City pan-Asian restaurant Saigon Grill have been arrested on more than 400 counts of alleged employee fraud, including minimum wage violations, giving workers illegal kickbacks and falsifying business records.

New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo announced the arrest on Wednesday and said Simon Nget and wife Michelle Nget, the owners of the restaurant, had pled not guilty to the charges.
