Judge Won't Enforce $100K Deal In Liver Failure Case

Law360 (December 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has shot down a bid by Perrigo Pharmaceuticals Co. to enforce a settlement that was later rejected by the mother of a child who developed liver failure after being prescribed generic ibuprofen after a minor medical procedure.
