Guest Worker Class Certified In FLSA Suit V. Farm

Law360 (December 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has conditionally certified a class of Mexican citizens who worked for a number of farms including Lewis Taylor Farms Inc. under a visa program for temporary, nonimmigrant workers after refusing to dismiss the wage-and-hour allegations.
