EZ Lube Seeks Ch. 11 After Sales Slump, Lawsuits

Law360 (December 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- EZ Lube LLC, one of the country’s largest privately owned quick-lube operators, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the wake of a slowdown in sales and lawsuits alleging misleading sales tactics and wage-and-hour violations.
