Victoria's Secret, Bra Designer Reach Deal In Patent Suit

Law360, New York (May 11, 2016, 8:46 PM EDT) -- A bra design company accusing Victoria's Secret of infringing its patent covering a bra insert has reached a settlement in principle with the lingerie retailer to end the suit, according to a letter filed in New York federal court Wednesday.
