GOP Reps. Introduce Bill To Tighten Visa Screening

Law360, Washington (May 12, 2016, 2:25 PM EDT) -- A trio of senior Republican congressman on Thursday introduced legislation intended to make the screening process for U.S. travel and immigration visas significantly more stringent, claiming that it is intended to address “gaping holes” in the current immigration system.
