Pilots' No-Overtime Campaign Illegal: AA

Law360, New York (December 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- American Airlines Inc. has asked a federal court to rule that the Allied Pilots Association, which represents its pilots, does not have a right to run a no-overtime campaign in order to stave off the mandatory furloughs that AA has said intends to impose on pilots.
