NLRB GC Calls For Tougher Union Decertification Process

Law360, New York (May 12, 2016, 3:52 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board’s general counsel has called for the agency to adopt a tougher standard for allowing employers to withdraw recognition of a union, telling regional offices to press the board to adopt a rule that recognition can only be withdrawn after a board-supervised decertification election.
