Texas Judge Nixes Trade Secrets Suit Against ConocoPhillips

Law360, Houston (May 13, 2016, 6:20 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge Friday granted ConocoPhillips' request to dismiss a suit brought against it by Geophysical Service Incorporated alleging trade secrets violations and more related to the Canadian government's release of allegedly confidential documents to the oil and gas company, finding that another court had already OK'd the release.
