Group Prepares To Sue DOI Units Over Ariz. Policies

Law360, New York (December 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Center for Biological Diversity has notified the U.S. Bureau of Land Management and National Park Service of its intent to file a lawsuit alleging that the agencies relied on an “unlawful biological opinion” in approving a slew of activities that could harm several Grand Canyon-area species.
