Judge Throws Out Backdating Suit V. Rambus, PwC

Law360 (December 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal court in northern California has thrown out a securities suit against PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Rambus Inc. and several individuals that centered on alleged options backdating at Rambus, which the plaintiffs claimed the company failed to disclose.

U.S. District Judge Jeremy Fogel signed off Tuesday on an order dismissing with prejudice the case, which was originally filed in March 2007. Judgment in the case was also entered on Tuesday.
