Law360, New York (December 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge has declined to let Lucent Technologies spinoff Agere Systems Inc. off the hook for potential damages in a suit attempting to establish responsibility for environmental cleanup costs at a former Virginia factory now owned by shopping center developer Forest City Commercial Development.
