Probiotic Maker Denies Lying About Sigma, VSL Products

Law360, Washington (May 19, 2016, 6:40 PM EDT) -- The CEO and sales representatives of a recently-formed gastrointestinal drug maker vehemently denied claims they lied to doctors about the discontinuation of rival products made by VSL Pharmaceuticals and Sigma-Tau during a hearing in Maryland federal court Thursday on whether the company should be held in contempt for the alleged conduct.
