Law360, New York (December 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A woman who alleged that her husband’s suicide was caused by the cholesterol-lowering drug Zocor has lost an attempt to reverse a lower court’s summary judgment ruling in favor of Merck & Co. Inc., with a federal appeals court affirming that a failure-to-warn determination in the case would have made little difference.
