Yates has also landed Daubert victories for Pfizer, excluding in two separate hearings, spanning 11 days, both of  the plaintiffs' general causation experts in complex MDL proceedings involving the prescription antidepressant medicine, Zoloft. Last year, she was retained by Bayer Corp. as national counsel to defend nationwide product liability litigation involving the anticoagulant prescription medicine, Xarelto.
