Group Warns Rayonier Of Suit Over River Cleanup

Law360, New York (December 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- An environmental group has warned Rayonier Inc. of its plans to sue the international forest products company if it does not take action to stop its Georgia pulp mill from allegedly leaking foul-smelling, coffee-colored discharges into a nearby river.
