Judge Advances Class In FLSA Suit Against Prison Co.

Law360, New York (December 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has backed a bid for class status by current and former employees of Corrections Corp. of America who are suing the prison management company for violating the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Judge John W.
