Judge Advances Class In FLSA Suit Against Prison Co.

Law360 (December 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has backed a bid for class status by current and former employees of Corrections Corp. of America who are suing the prison management company for violating the Fair Labor Standards Act.
