Law360, New York (December 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Japanese executive of a rubber products maker has been jailed for two years after admitting he engaged in a conspiracy to bribe government officials, rig bids and allocate market share of marine hose across the globe, marking the ninth executive to plead guilty in the case, according to U.S. authorities.
