Texas Appeals Court Makes U-Turn In Vioxx Case

Law360 (December 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Texas state appeals court has vacated an earlier decision to overturn a jury ruling for the plaintiff in a Vioxx-related lawsuit, upholding key evidence but remanding the case against Merck & Co. Inc. because of a juror's financial relationship with the plaintiff.
