Judge Skeptical Of Quick Appeal In Sabine Midstream Dispute

Law360, New York (June 1, 2016, 9:59 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge seemed hesitant Wednesday to grant a midstream service provider’s request for a quick appeal of a rejected gathering contract with Sabine Oil & Gas as part of an ongoing dispute between the parties that has been followed closely by the oil and gas industry.
