Scrabulous Concessions Spell Win For Hasbro

Law360 (December 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Ending months of legal wrangling, Hasbro Inc. has dropped its copyright infringement lawsuit against the creators of Scrabulous after they agreed to make certain changes to their popular electronic riffs on the classic board game Scrabble.

On Friday, Hasbro filed a voluntary notice of dismissal with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, withdrawing the suit filed in July against Scrabulous creators and brothers Rajat and Jayant Agarwalla and their India-based company, RJ Softwares.
