Law360 (December 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge has dismissed two Oracle Corp. entities' copyright infringement claims in a suit filed by Oracle alleging that German software firm SAP AG illegally accessed and stole programming related to Oracle’s PeopleSoft and J.D. Edwards lines, but has left standing several state claims and a copyright claim brought by Oracle International Corp.
