Foley & Lardner Nabs ABI Chair

Law360 (August 2, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The chairman of the American Bankruptcy Institute has left Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP to join Foley & Lardner LLP as chair of its national business reorganizations practice.

Michael P. Richman, who will be based in the firm’s New York office, will head the national practice of more than 40 lawyers.
