$12M Settlement In RI Waste Suit Could Fall Apart

Law360 (December 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A tentative $12 million settlement reached in April in a suit accusing a unit of Southern Union Co. of contaminating dozens of homes in a Rhode Island neighborhood is in danger of falling apart due to a disagreement over whether all the provisions of the settlement have been met.
