Hynix Basks In Glow Of Dropped SRAM Probe

Law360 (December 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Hynix Semiconductor Inc. said Wednesday it had been vindicated in a long-running investigation by competition authorities in the United States and Europe over possible antitrust violations regarding static random access memory.

The South Korea-based Hynix said the U.S. Department of Justice and the European Commission had notified both it and its American operation, Hynix Semiconductor America, that they had shuttered their respective probes, which were launched in October 2006.
