Bacardi Prevails In 'Tastemakers' Trademark Suit

Law360 (December 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has ruled in favor of Bacardi & Co. Ltd. and Conde Nast Publications in a trademark suit over use of the word “tastemakers” that involved an entertainment company called Tastemakers Media LLC.
