Deere & Co. Retirees Lose Injunction Bid In ERISA Suit

Law360, New York (December 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has shot down the plaintiffs' bid for a temporary injunction in a putative class action brought on behalf of Deere & Co. retirees who accuse the farm and construction equipment manufacturer of violating the Employee Retirement Income Security Act and the terms of medical and health benefit plans by cutting back or eliminating benefits.
