Court Agrees To End Whitehall Credit Card Program

Law360 (December 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A bankruptcy court has approved a request made by Whitehall Jewelers Inc. to terminate its private-label credit card program administered by GE Money Bank.

Judge Kevin Gross of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware signed the order Tuesday approving the agreement between Whitehall and GE Money Bank to stop the program.
