Law360, New York (December 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A state appeals court has reversed a decision granting Wal-Mart Stores Inc. summary judgment in a case brought by two parents who say a defective halogen lamp purchased from the retail giant caused the fire that killed their son and his girlfriend.
