Constellation Energy Faces New ERISA Class Action

Law360 (December 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Constellation Energy Group Inc. has been hit with another lawsuit alleging that the company's pension plans racked up hundreds of millions of dollars in losses partly because the company concealed its reliance on the now-bankrupt Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.
