Virtual Rating Tool Being Mulled By Arbitration Institute

Law360, New York (June 28, 2016, 8:21 PM EDT) -- The University of Miami's International Arbitration Institute will research the feasibility of a virtual tool for users to rate arbitrators that would not be regulated by any administering institutions, the institute's director told Law360 on Tuesday.

Marike Paulsson said that the tool — which could be a website, an app or something else that would connect the arbitration community and users of arbitration globally — could potentially feature Wikipedia-type input that would be fed by users of arbitration throughout the world.
