Green Group Loses Appeal Over NY's Brownfield Act

Law360, New York (December 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A New York state appellate court has affirmed a lower court's decision to dismiss most of a challenge to the state's rules enacting the Brownfield Cleanup Program Act, which an environmental group had contended aren't stringent enough to comply with the law.
