DESA 1st-Day Motions Granted

Law360, New York (December 31, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A bankruptcy judge has signed off on several first-day motions filed by bankrupt heater and specialty tool maker DESA Heating LLC, including requests to pay certain prepetition obligations, use cash collateral and maintain its bank accounts.
