Defense Cos.' $4.6M Cleanup Settlement Approved

Law360 (December 31, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal court has approved a $4.6 million agreement between the U.S. government and FMC Corp. and BAE Systems Land & Armaments LP over cleanup costs at a Minnesota Superfund site that has long been home to a manufacturing facility for naval weapons equipment.
