Glaser Weil Asks To Drop Sex Assault Client Suing VC Titan

The woman, Amber Laurel Baptiste, is suing Silicon Valley millionaire Michael Goguen in San Mateo Superior Court for breach of contract, alleging in an eye-popping complaint that the venture capitalist engaged in sexual and emotional abuse. She claims Goguen paid her just $10 million out of a $40 million settlement...
