Madoff Trustee Gets Asset Disclosure Extension

Law360 (January 5, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The trustee managing the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff's investment firm will not have to provide a full list of the firm's assets and liabilities after a bankruptcy court judge granted an indefinite stay to an existing protective order on Monday.
