Jackson Hewitt Caught In Ga. Check-Cashing Spat

Law360, New York (January 5, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Georgia check-cashing company is alleging that the largest franchisee of Jackson Hewitt Tax Service opened illegal check-cashing facilities in an effort to dominate the local tax refund anticipation loan market and drive competitors out of business.
