Federal-Mogul, Dorman Call Time Out On Gasket Spat

Law360 (January 5, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Dorman Products Inc. has agreed to stop making certain gaskets that automotive parts giant Federal-Mogul Corp. alleges infringe its intellectual property as part of a deal to put the dispute on hold while Dorman asks the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to re-examine the two asserted patents.
